Whether young or old, we each have different health goals, but\u00a0many revolve around the same habits concerning what we eat,\u00a0what we drink, and how we move.<\/h5>\n
habits is an app to help define and track the most basic of these, and competative analysis has shown me there is a place for this, the\u00a0nearest competitor providing only 50% of the features needed.<\/h5>\n
